It’s like 3am already.. Michael, Kevin and I were talking about all the sites we went through. I would post up the comments, but some provided more mistakes than others lol..

I really really liked Drews, Russels, Lucys and plenty of others final website..

Russel’s is like the ultimate selling website. It’s sooo purretty.

Some pages were a bit too large for my screen to handle (1024×768).. Other’s took ages to load.. like.. ages.. and I have fast speed here.. Other’s got misdirected from links, or tricked on the arrows.

Right now we’re currently talking about relationships, HSC, sex, maths, porn, roses, gold diggers, assasians..

Past 2 days I’ve been to uni.. Today (well yesterday, Friday) I think I spent an hr or more helping people. It’s good, but I didn’t get much work done ><

OK.. so..

Troubles: Looks weird in IE7. I know in IE6, there are some pixel differences, and doesn’t show transparency in PNG’s. I tried gifs, it only worked for my footers because of the lack of colours in there, any more than 256 (no even less than that) would look like death.

I spent tooooooooo much time pimping up my website design.. So much that I think I went overtime at midnight cos I had to validate everything to XHTML 1.0 Transitional. And the content I feel like as if it’s horrible. My FAQ consists of random questions and  OMG I just realized I don’t have an iPhone on my site….

okay.. ive spent the few days designing for the final website..

Initially i wanted this flash page with a big header “iPimp” and then 2 links. 1 to a girls site, and 1 for guys. The guys would have a purple, gold and black colour scheme. The girls pink, silver and white. But it’s taking wayyy to long.. So I kinda mixed it.. and I don’t think it came out right..

Michael said it looks asian, the banner reminding him of Chinese New Year (red and gold), with P - dynamite >< great..

My boyfriend I know doesn’t like the flowers at all.. it’s just “nice” to him.. sigh

The colour scheme I changed to red because there was way to many purple pimp sites, and it looked tacky.

I ended up going against IE, and making everything to fit Firefox, so like a lil pixel difference ruins the whole menu >< sigh

Now michael says:

so.. I’m gonna have to spend like another hour fixing all the colours..

This is designed for the iPhone to enhance everything that is capable on the ultra-techy machine. Again, you all know the ability to use the camera to take a photo of your whores, send a Bluetooth message to everyone, check out Google maps to see who’s the player in town. But now, introducing to you today is the new GPS system. This GPS is priority #1 so much so we even bought a satellite to prove it to you!

Sorry, management told me to hurry up so we can hold the testing for the new version of iPimp shortly after this. Oh and they confirmed to me just then, that they need 3 satellites.
I wanted them to use the existing infrastructure for the GPS tracking of your potential and surviving whores, and make the whole system cheaper as it is already available. But they have plenty to spend.
Anyways, with this GPS you can check your opponents, likely recruits, and most importantly – alerts you so you can run away from cops. The media has been a big help by spreading a little advertisement for us, but what they also have pointed out is glitch.

That it’s controversial? – Yes we know that. But also that people really care about their privacy! I understand how they Feel, other people have Felt the same thing, but what we have Found that this game is more profitable and ‘worth it’ to worry about the silly issues. So who cares about privacy?
Okay, and how many of you have blogs, or use a social networking site such as MySpace and Facebook? How much truth is there in the personal details and information you add? 99% You know, people who would want to steal the information would have more data to take on those sites than what is derived from a single image of a portrait.

There has been little change in the concept of the game, however we have added plenty of snazzy highlights. I won’t show any of this now since you will be seeing it on your iPhones after this speech. Particular ones I will note is a ‘pimp my name’ application where you get better quality names than the ones you have.

There is a dice game, where here you can gain more money when at a rare chance that your home alone. Using this money, now you can buy more equipment including needles, cars, guns, canes, clothing, bling and all for pimping up your photos.

Other additional features have been a chat room like IRC with all its facilities of points, quizzes, streaming real time into your iPhone. This links up with the forum where you can post any support, appraisals or concerns as well as bragging about your ranking or bitching and whining.

One point I may mention that this game is to also aiming to humanize us. What I mean is that well everyone always go on about computers ‘dehumanising’ their relationship with reality. In most cases in games now you would never ever see the face behind the soulless avatar images. This game involves Real people. And here, it is You who make those photos come alive. All you need to work on is having fun, and we’ll deal with ways on providing that for you.

 I’ve been so busy..

on Saturday I went to Terrigal beaches- met this guy and he offered me to use his kayak! when i got off, I cut my heel on oysters >< bled.. and couldn’t really walk lol

so.. on Sunday, I had to do work at that illegal job I have - basically I get cash in hand, $10 an hour. usually I’m supposed to do the website, graphic design, video etc etc, but they didn’t have enough ppl next door for sales.. so all day i was walking around and like removing fucking heavy racks.. i live in parramatta, and this shop is in Leichhardt.. and yea.. so i finally quit.. the owner was in china at the time, and she was like ‘but if i still have things for you to design or not enough people I’ll call you’ >< so I’m not really ‘officially’ gone. grrr worst thing is, blood seeped into my suede shoes “..” thank goodness it’s black, else it would be like ><

yesterday was Monday.. I had sales to do, im currently working on behalf of NAB helping business owners save money on their merchant facilities.. from 7:30 am to like 12 I was at training of the product (eftpos machines), and like had to do this test.. boss allowed me to go home early.. so i went to uni, and my bf called and we went to watch “Day Watch” at the movies (Night watch is sooo scary). That was “research” lol well it did have really really good special effects, even thought it was in Russian, and had a really weird story - sometimes it was broken, and hard to grab the concept of everything.. but the storyline started to fold itself together. you should check it out.. it’s about good/evil, vampires, powers, really really weird powers and fate. watch night watch first ;p maybe I should like do something with it in future studies *nods*
